Maintenance & Repair Manager
Northern California Region
Immediate opening available for the position of Maintenance Repair Manager with experience with construction and maintenance of fountains, water features, ponds and lakes. Location is primarily focused in the Bay Area but also may have responsibilities for the Sacramento / San Joaquin Regions depending on the preferred location and experience of the candidate.
Job Description:
- Applicant should possess at least five years of experience plumbing and servicing pumps, filters, and other flow control equipment for fountains, waterfalls, and pools.
- Applicant should be comfortable with limited electrical work (110v-480v single and three phase), trouble shooting and wiring pumps and motors, control systems, timers, and underwater lighting systems.
- Applicant will interface between company management, maintenance service technicians, and customer representatives. Spanish language capability is a definite plus.
- Sales experience is a plus since there is an uncapped incentive compensation program based on gaining new accounts, developing new projects, and customer satisfaction.
- Applicant maintain accurate records (some computer work involved) including account status, items needing attention and/or repairs, and invoicing.
- Applicant will be motivated and capable of work under limited supervision.
- Applicant should have their own tools.
- Applicant will hold a valid
California
drivers license with a clean DMV record. A DPR aquatic pesticide applicators license (category “F”) is a plus.

Aquatic Equipment Operator
Like to work in the outdoors? As an Aquatic Equipment Operator you will be working in wildlife refuges, lakes, rivers, and marinas throughout Northern California. Most work is local, but occasional trips throughout the West may be required. An ideal candidate for the Aquatic Equipment Operator position has experience operating boats, trailers, and other construction related equipment. You'll be responsible for getting the equipment to the job site, launching the equipment into the water, operating equipment (aquatic weed harvester, airboat, Boston Whaler, or Aquamog), maintaining positive customer relationships, bringing the equipment back to the yard, cleaning the equipment and preparing it for the next day. Successful candidates must have the ability to begin work in the early mornings and work for extended hours during the busy summer months. A California Class-A drivers license and/or an aquatic pesticide applicators license are also highly valued for this position.
Water Feature Service Technicians
Service Technicians are responsible for basic maintenance of ponds and water fountains at customer locations througout California.
Basic Job Requirements:
